Peacefully in the care of Southland Hospital on Thursday, 1st May 2025, aged 83 years.  Dearly loved husband of Elsie for 62 years.  Cherished father and father-in-law of Bruce and Catherine and Karen and Raimon.  Loved grandad and great grandad of all his grandchildren.  A loved brother, brother-in-law and friend.  A service to celebrate Walter’s life will be held in the Avenal Park Chapel, 75 Fox Street, on Monday, 5th May at 10:00am.  Messages to 561 Herbert Street, Waverley, Invercargill 9810
