Sadly, passed away at home in the loving care of his family, on Thursday 15 May 2025, aged 74 years. Devoted partner of Helen. Much loved father of Russell Jnr, Varsity, and Haylee. As per Russell’s wishes, a private family cremation has been held.

We would like to acknowledge and thank all the medical staff and support staff involved in Russell’s care; it has been much appreciated. Thank you to Doctor Nadarajah Shanmugalingam. Enliven Peacehaven for Russell’s Respite and to the staff at Avenal Park Funeral Home for taking wonderful care of Russell and his family during his final moments.
