Passed away peacefully at Rowena Jackson, Invercargill on 3rd September 2026, aged 94 years. Dearly loved and cherished husband of Eileen*. Loved and treasured Dad and father-in-law of Julie & Dean Pope, Lynley & Sergio Cruz, Helen & Chris Eckhold, Susan & Colin Muijs. Treasured Grandpa of Andrew, Rachel & Jason, Desiree, Justin, Lisa & Sean, Rachel, Connor, Jessica, Lincoln, and Ethan. Loved son of James* & Ann* Murray (Forest Hill). Dearly loved twin brother and brother-in-law of David & Katie* Murray. Dearly loved brother and brother-in-law of James* Murray & Audrey & Alan* Paterson, John* & Phemie* Murray, Lewis Grieve, Ethel & John* Johnston, Joyce* & Bill* Wilson & Russell McPherson*, Morrie & Valmai Grieve. Dearly loved uncle, cousin, and friend to many.

Reunited with his love, Eileen, and resting in the presence of his Saviour.
