TIPPETT, Elizabeth Jeanne McLay (Lizard) (neé Heal):

Peacefully after a very brief illness on Wednesday 3 September 2025, at Southland Hospital.  Cherished wife of her devastated husband John.  Dearly loved sister of Janet and Keith Walker, Barbara and Alex Wilson and sister-in-law of Allan and Marise, Garry and Margaret, David and Rachael*, and Gail* and Rex*.  Loved Aunt of all her nieces and nephews.  A memorial service to celebrate Liz’s life will be held in the Avenal Park Chapel, 75 Fox Street, Invercargill on Saturday 6th September at 11:00am.  To view the service via live stream, visit the Avenal Park website and click the link on Liz’s obituary page.
