BLACK, Ian Allan:

Passed away suddenly after a long illness at Vickery Court Retirement Home, in Invercargill on Monday 17th August 2026 aged 79 years.  Beloved husband of Judy for 43 years. Much loved father and father-in-law of Kelly, Amy and Haami, Glen and Karla, Tiff and Ben, and Hannah.  Much loved Grandad of his 12 grandchildren.  Loved son of the late David and Ivy.  Loved brother, uncle and friend to many.  Thank you to Vickery Court for their wonderful care of Ian over the past couple of months. A service to celebrate Ian’s life will be held in the Avenal Park Chapel, 75 Fox Street on Friday, 21st August at 11:00am.  Messages to 65 Stobo Street, Invercargill 9810.
