On Tuesday, 15th July 2025, aged 88 years. With much sadness we announce the passing of our loved mother, nana and great nana (nanny V). Loved wife of Archie* for 68 years. Loved mother of Kenneth*, Wendy and Steven Chalmers, and Gaynor and John O’Connor. Loved nana of Tracy Holz, Melissa and Shaye Edwards, Samantha Holz, Danielle Holz and a loved great nana (nanny V) of Ella, Charlie, Jake, Eli, Riley, and Brooklyn. Valda will be resting at home with family at 19 Stephen Street, Invercargill until her service on Saturday, 19th July in the Avenal Park Chapel, 75 Fox Street, at 10am.
